Since 2010 I have been helping visionaries like you to create, grow, and scale their offerings in almost every area of disability that you can think of.
I've had the opportunity to interact with literally hundreds of people creating and growing successful disability-focused offerings.
This includes people with disabilities, parents, speech-language pathologists, special educators, and technology pioneers - all working to change the way the world is viewed and accessed.
And I have spotlighted the stories of challenge and success on my Exceptional Leaders podcast for over 6 years.
And through it all, I've discovered the subtle nuances that make a BIG difference in the success of businesses that thrive vs. businesses that close.
After working with an elite group of disability leaders since 2010, I discovered there were two groups of successful people...
The Hobbyist
The Business Owner
This was the vast majority of people.
These people typically created their brand/website/product as a “side hustle” without a plan or support.
And those sites did "ok" but generally never grew into a thriving business or full-time income.
This was a much smaller group.
They educated themselves, networked, applied key business strategies, and effectively built a successful business that blends their passion and skills with their true calling.
These people grew steadily, month after month gaining more traction, more credibility, and attributed much of their success to the people who helped them along the way.
